Welcome to The Burg Coffee & Kitchen, your go-to spot for great coffee, delicious meals, and welcoming vibes in Ellensburg!
Originally opened in April 2024, The Burg was built with a vision of creating a cozy, vibrant space for locals, students, and visitors alike. As we celebrate our 1-year anniversary this April 2025, we’re excited to reflect on how far we’ve come and look forward to what’s ahead.
Under the leadership of Brooklyn Rowe, The Burg continues to grow with plans to expand to new locations in the future. We love being part of the Ellensburg community, hosting events, and providing a warm space where people can connect, study, relax, and enjoy quality food and drinks.
Whether you’re here for a morning coffee, a midday meal, or one of our local events, we’re so glad to have you with us. Thanks for being part of The Burg family!
