Welcome to The Burg Coffee & Kitchen, your newest spot for great coffee, delicious meals, and welcoming vibes in Ellensburg! As part of the WCRG restaurant group, we’re proud to introduce our first coffee shop, adding to our family of three beloved locations. Owned by Jim and Shannon, with the invaluable support of their two kids, Brooklyn and Jameson, our journey began during the challenges of 2020, as we transformed a former laundry mat into a vibrant coffee space. Opening this April, The Burg Coffee & Kitchen is more than just a place to grab your morning brew β it’s a gathering spot for our community. With a cozy yet modern ambiance, we’re dedicated to providing a comfortable space for locals and college students to study, work, or simply relax with friends. Plus, we’re excited to offer a fantastic breakfast and lunch menu, along with a selection of beer and wine to complement your dining experience. Brooklyn’s dreams of expanding The Burg Coffee brand fuel our vision for the future.
