Originally opened in April 2024, The Burg was built with a vision of creating a cozy, vibrant space for locals, students, and visitors alike. We recently celebrated our 1 year anniversary, April 23rd, 2025, and we are SO grateful for the amount of support we have received thus far from our community.

Under the ownership of Brooklyn Rowe, a recent Boise State University Graduate, The Burg continues to grow with plans to expand to new locations in the future. We love being part of the Ellensburg community, hosting events, and providing a warm space where people can connect, study, relax, and enjoy quality food and drinks & we look forward to bringing that to other communities.
